- Dinner party set up -- pick from a boho, classic, or glam theme, Let us know your color scheme, and the Collins team will make sure it is all set for you upon arrival. Located inside apartment.

What if our party has more than 8 guests?
Unfortunately, our apartments only provide overnight accommodations for up to 8.
What is your cancellation policy?
You are able to cancel for up to 14 days before your booked event.
How do I book my Stay and Slay package?
Please fill out the Google form located on the bottom of this page. Once your date has been confirmed, you will receive an email from marketing@thecollins.co regarding payment. Please give 24-48 hours for a confirmation of booking.
Is wifi provided?
Yes, you will be given the wifi code upon arrival.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am.
How do you accept payment for the party?
Payment can be accepted through Paypal, Venmo, cash, check, or wire transfer.
For the Ugly Dog Drink package, is it pickup or drop-off?
You will coordinate this upon booking a drink package with them. Fun fact--they are located across the parking lot from us!
Are there local bars and restaurants around?
Yes! We have a ton of great spots in Chelsea. Feel free to check them out online or ask us for recommendations if interested.
